Sharon Bakery is a small, cozy artisan bakery & café located in Thao Dien, serving mainly expat families and local residents.
We believe in genuine hospitality, warm service, and human connection — where every guest feels welcomed and cared for.
📌Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager with heart, someone who truly enjoys serving people and working closely with the team.
📌Key Responsibilities
✔️Oversee daily store operations, including service quality, staff scheduling, and floor management.
✔️Personally welcome and engage with guests, especially international families and regular customers.
✔️Support front-of-house, baristas, and kitchen staff when needed — this is a hands-on role.
✔️Maintain a warm, clean, and friendly store environment at all times.
✔️Train and guide team members to deliver consistent, heartfelt service.
✔️Handle customer feedback and daily situations calmly and professionally.
✔️Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
