- Deliver beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures:
Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
Making and presenting cocktails
Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard
- Maintains daily and monthly inventory
- Prepares daily requisition and stock are properly replening accordingly

- 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
- High school and/or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, etc
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties
