FO Associate - Service Center (Nhân Viên Tổng Đài Điện Thoại)

- Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests and needs- Be responsible for answering calls in order, recording the guest request and then pursuing the issue to a resolution- Exhibit courteous hospitality at all times, fully own each guest issue and follow up with the guest to ensure satisfaction with the result- Be proactive in every area including offering additional services

- Male candidates- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese- Excellent communication skills- Knowledgeable about principles and processes for providing personalised customers and personal services- Able to develop and maintain productive customer relationships by actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.- Able to use Microsoft Office software and Internet browsers- Creative, well organized, able to work in shifts/night shifts and under high pressure- Working experience at an international hotel in the same capacity
