Mô Tả Công Việc
- Giám sát nhân viên trong ca làm việc hoàn thành các nhiệm vụ được giao theo danh sách công việc/ Supervise store staff to perform their assigned tasks according to café checklists
- Hỗ trợ trong đào tạo nhân viên/ To assist in employee recruiting and training
- Điều chỉnh lịch làm việc của nhân viên và báo cáo với quản lý/ Adjust work schedule when an absence occurred and report to the manager
- Phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp đồ ăn và dịch vụ theo tiêu chuẩn của Joma/ Coordinate with all store departments to provide food and service at Joma standard level to customer’s
- Kiểm soát đặt hàng/ Control café product re-order
- Kiểm soát lượng hàng trong kho/ Control the amount of stock in the warehouse
- Kiểm tra sổ sách ghi chép về việc nhận và trả hàng, hàng hỏng/ Monitor record of product receiving and returning, and damaged product
- Đảm bảo chất lượng đồ ăn và dịch vụ tốt nhất / Ensure highest food quality & service is provided to all customers
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác nếu được yêu cầu/ Coordinate with production or inventory department and Logistics coordination support as required
Kiểm tra, giám sát cửa hàng, các thiết bị, đồ dùng theo định kì và bảo trì/ Monitor store building, equipment, furniture or utilities system periodically and maintenance.

We use the best ingredients in our food, whether it’s sourced abroad (like our New Zealand butter) or locally (like our fresh passionfruit juice) or prepared specially in house (like our gourmet ice cream). As for our coffee, it’s organic, fair trade, and grown in southern Laos by a community cooperative of farmers. The green beans are shipped directly to each Joma city, where it is roasted to perfection by local roastmasters.
EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Our aim with every customer is to improve their day in any way big or small, whether you’re an expat who hasn’t tasted a reuben sandwich in years or you’re a backpacker looking for a communal space to meet fellow travelers. Additionally, our staff go through a thorough training process to provide a consistently high standard of service that is friendly and attentive.
EMPOWERING THE PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES AROUND USThis is what really sets Joma apart. With our 10% of profit plan, Joma gives 10% to charitable organizations in the communities around our cafes. We work with several NGO’s, including Hagar International, to provide job training and employment opportunities to disadvantaged persons and victims of human rights abuse
