- The Art of Welcome: Provide a warm, personalized greeting and farewell to every guest, ensuring a high level of satisfaction from the moment they arrive.
- Reservation & Inquiry Management: Handle all booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Manage opening/closing checklists, coordinate with the accounting team on red invoice requests, and source third-party vendors for special guest requests (flowers, cakes, etc.).
- Guest Loyalty & Insights: Analyze customer profiles to build loyalty and provide detailed monthly data reports to the Operations Manager.
- Team Collaboration: Act as the vital link between the office and service teams, assisting in restaurant setup and ensuring all service stations are clean and stocked.
- Revenue Optimization: Contribute to the restaurant’s success through strategic upselling and effective table management.
