Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ca xoay 8 tiếng/ngày theo sự sắp xếp của quản lý nhà hàng,
- Đón tiếp khách, giới thiệu đồ ăn, thức uống cho khách.
- Giữ gìn, đảm bảo vệ sinh theo tiêu chuẩn tại khu vực làm việc.
- Chuẩn bị trang thiết bị dụng cụ phục vụ nhà hàng;
- Thực hiện các qui trình phục vụ theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng.
- Đảm bảo đồng phục, diện mạo luôn sẵn sàng phục vụ khách
- Chú ý tới yêu cầu, phàn nàn của khách và giải quyết vấn đề
- Thực hiện các công việc khác khi Quản lý phân công
- Báo cáo đầy đủ tới Giám sát.
- Đón tiếp khách, giới thiệu đồ ăn, thức uống cho khách.
- Giữ gìn, đảm bảo vệ sinh theo tiêu chuẩn tại khu vực làm việc.
- Chuẩn bị trang thiết bị dụng cụ phục vụ nhà hàng;
- Thực hiện các qui trình phục vụ theo tiêu chuẩn của nhà hàng.
