Mô Tả Công Việc
1. To greet, assist and provide the expected 5-star service to any guest or member entering Fitness Center and swimming pool. To provide directions as required.
2. To ensure that all recreation facilities are kept clean and well maintained according to trained procedures and hygiene requirements.
3. To follow and execute opening and closing procedures in all areas of the areas.
4. To ensure all areas are stocked with the essential towels, amenities and other items accordingly
5. Responsible to replenish and replace items after guest usage.
6. To communicate with supervisors when supplies are low or additional supplies must be ordered.
7. Responsible to learn and adhere to cleaning guidelines.
8. To assist at key counter by greeting guests, having them register and issue locker keys as per procedure.
9. To fully understand and execute the locker key issue / return procedure and locker turnaround.
10. To conduct a Recreation Facility tour.
11. To direct guests to the reception desk when enquiring about treatments or membership.
12. To report damages, accidents, incidents, left property, theft, equipment and facility malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
13. To be fully aware of the rules and regulations for usage of the facilities and be able to enforce or seek assistance to enforce the rules.
14. To assist the guests in the locker areas with any requests.
15. To be mindful of “personal space” and privacy when assisting in the locker.
16. To follow and execute all other duties that may be assigned by the manager or supervisors.
17. Responsible to keep any required licenses (lifeguard) valid.
18. Required to know how to operate, turn on and off gym equipment.
19. Required to know basic operation and purpose of gym equipment.
20. To order and monitor food delivery when requested by the guest.
21. To know the fitness services and retail items offered and the prices.
22. To assist the guest with retail purchases.
23. To set-up and supervise the sun-deck when required.
24. To liaise and follow up with engineering when repairs are required.
25. To ensure that wet areas are always monitored and safe.
26. Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guests and fellow associates.
27. Handle complaints and take necessary action to ensure guests satisfaction.
28. Maintain excellent product knowledge of the hotel facilities and sell hotel venues.

1. Lifeguard Certificate must be valid.
2. Understanding of Hygiene and safety in the facility.
